Warsaw worth investments!
Warsaw is on the third place in the „Emerging Trends in Real Estate Europe 2012” ranking created by PwC and Urban Land Institute. Warsaw’s investment perspectives are overtaken only by Istanbul and Munich. Other Eastern-European cities are significantly further on the list, that is: Prague (Czech Republic) placed 14th and Budapest (Hungary) got 24th place.
High position of Warsaw is caused by a few factors. Firstly, the meaningful interest of foreign investors into Warsaw is highly observable. Moreover, businessman are noticing relatively good economic position of Poland in Europe together with high inner demand for product. Due to this facts Warsaw is seen as a guarantor of calm during world’s crisis. Last but not least, Warsaw is perceived as a capital which gains more and more meaning and prestige in the Centre-Eastern Europe.
According to investors, the best type of investment in Warsaw are office spaces (claimed by 42% respondents) and retail spaces (37% of answers).
