In the Hungarian capital, Budapest, the screenings of Polish documentary films showing events, phenomena and world-known Poles are taking place.

The following films will be shown: "Po-lin" by Jolanta Dylewska – the film about pre-World War II Polish Jews, "The other side of a poster" (“Druga strona plakatu”) presenting contemporary Polish society, "Komeda. Musical paths of life" (“Komeda. Muzyczne ścieżki życia”) – an image about prominent Polish musician who became a symbol of artistic opposition to the communist Poland. Last but not least, the film "The Winners" (“Światowe kariery Polaków. Udacznicy”) which shows the Poles known in the world, including Agnieszka Holland, Janusz Kaminski and Jan A.P. Kaczmarek will be screened.

Documents will be displayed in Polish with English subtitles. Entrance is free.
