The biggest event in Europe for breweriana collectors and home brewers attracts more than 3 thousand beer admirers.
From the early morning, on the courtyard of the Habsburg castle, the hobbyist lay out on stalls, under tents or on the ground their most precious treasures: bottles, bear glasses, labels, bottle caps, pitchers, serviettes. It is a place where such items can be bought, exchanged or sold. Sometimes, the buyers pay their monthly wages for a unique bottle cap!
During the Fair, beers brewed at home are also presented. They are evaluated by a jury who assess their colour, bitterness, taste and smell of this popular beverage. At the end of the event, a joint tasting takes place. And everybody knows that beer quenches thirst and best helps to meet new friends.
