Henryk Tomaszewski (1914-2005) - graphic artist, scenographer, book illustrator, one of the founding members of the Polish poster school. The maker of numerous posters for exhibitions, competitions, cultural events in Poland and all over the world. He was a professor of the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts (from 1952). Simplicity of expression and artistic methods characterise his work. His works are exhibited in many places around the world.
