15th Science Picnic will be held on 28th May 2011 in Marszałek Rydz-Śmigły Square (Park Marszałka Rydza-Śmigłego) in Warsaw. The leading theme of the Picnic will be: "Freedom”. 

The choice of the theme was no accident. "Freedom” is also the motto of the ECSITE conference (the European Network of Science Centres and Museums), held in Warsaw. This is an attempt to combine the two events, to show how universal and fundamental the issue of freedom remains, especially within the area of promoting scientific communication. ...more.
